A résumé says little about a designer or editor. Their work says everything. That’s why the portfolio review is the first of our eight checks, and why the paid trial for creative roles is always a real piece from your own backlog.
Two roles
Graphic designers produce social graphics, ad creatives, presentation decks, lead magnet PDFs, thumbnails and simple brand assets, usually in Canva, Figma or Adobe tools.
Video editors turn raw footage into short-form reels, long-form YouTube videos, ads and course content, with captions, pacing and music handled.
Getting a steady flow of work
The biggest creative bottleneck is usually the brief, not the creative. A good brief says who it’s for, where it will appear, what it should make someone do, the size and length, and two examples of what you like. We give you a one-page brief template in week one so requests stop living in scattered chat messages.

Common questions
Can a remote designer match our brand?
Yes, if they have your brand guidelines, fonts, logo files and a few examples you like. If you don't have guidelines yet, a designer can build a simple one-page version in the first week.
Who owns the files a Snova designer or editor creates?
You do. Work is created in your accounts or delivered with source files, so you can keep editing it later.
How many revisions should I expect?
Fewer over time. The first few pieces usually take two rounds while the creative learns your taste. Clear briefs and a shared folder of approved examples cut that quickly.
