Snova PH is a Philippines-based agency founded in 2026. We help US businesses define the work that's slowing them down, then scout and vet experienced Filipino specialists to run it.
Why Snova exists
Most businesses that try remote help have the same story: a freelancer found on a marketplace, weeks spent explaining the job, and then a quiet exit. The person usually wasn't the problem. Nobody had defined the job, and nobody had checked whether the person had done it before.
Snova was built to fix both halves. We start with the work itself, the tasks, tools, SOPs and what should be automated, and only then look for a person. And we only place people who have already done the job, confirmed through eight checks.
Our founder, Angela Nicole Igbacol, has spent six years in exactly these roles: social media and SEO, executive support, lead verification at a BPO and lead generation for a UK company. She started Snova PH in 2026 with Bless Brito, who runs operations and systems, and Jerome Degasa, who specializes in lead generation and social media.
