Application and portfolio review
Real work samples tell us more than a résumé. For creative, marketing and technical roles, the portfolio decides whether a candidate goes any further.

We confirm that candidates held the roles they list. It is the check that backs up our main promise: everyone we place has already done the job.

Skills test for the role
Each role has its own practical test, like a live inbox exercise for executive assistants, a mock support queue for customer service or a website audit for SEO. The details are on every role page.

Spoken, not written, so we hear clarity, listening and judgment in real time. It is how your VA will sound to your customers and your team.

A realistic task under normal working conditions, paid, because good people deserve to be paid for their time. It is the single best predictor of how someone will work.

Scouting
Where we find people
The Philippines has one of the largest remote professional workforces in the world, with about 1.9 million people working in IT and business process management in 2025, according to the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines. Many of them have spent years serving US companies in support, healthcare, sales and back-office roles.
We scout from that experience on purpose. A medical scheduling assistant who has worked a US healthcare account, or a support rep who has handled a busy e-commerce queue, arrives knowing the job. Our guide to hiring Filipino VAs explains more.
We also keep a small vetted pool of people who have already passed all eight checks. When your role matches someone in it, we can often introduce them within 48 hours.
Do you train your virtual assistants?
We do not train beginners. We scout people who have already done the job, then test that experience. Your VA still learns your business, your tools and your preferences in the first weeks, guided by the SOPs in the solution map.
How many candidates pass all eight checks?
We do not publish a pass rate yet. What we can promise is that nobody reaches you without passing all eight checks, and we would rather present two strong candidates than five average ones.
Can I add my own test?
Yes. If your business has a specific task or tool that matters, we can build it into the paid trial so you see exactly how candidates handle your work.
Do healthcare VAs go through extra checks?
We scout healthcare VAs from US healthcare accounts, through BPOs or as medical VAs, and the past employment check confirms that experience. Where a VA holds a HIPAA training certificate from a previous role, we verify it.
