The role
General admin support costs less than specialist work like development, video editing, bookkeeping or SEO, where fewer people have proven experience.
Experience
We only place people who have already done the job. That costs a little more than hiring beginners and saves you weeks of training.
Hours
Part-time or full-time, and whether you need coverage during US business hours, evenings or overnight.
Managed or Placement
Managed includes supervision, work reviews and cover when your VA is out. Placement costs less because you manage the VA yourself.

Because a price list would either be too vague to help or wrong for most people. The right setup depends on the role, hours and model, so we ask for your budget first and show you exactly what it covers.
Will you tell me the price on the discovery call?
Yes. Once we understand the role and your budget range, we give you a clear price and put every fee and term in writing before you sign anything.
What if my budget is small?
Tell us anyway. A part-time specialist or a focused set of tasks often fits a smaller budget, and sometimes automation solves the problem for less than a person would.
What does the market charge for Filipino virtual assistants?
Published agency prices in mid-2026 ranged from about $7.50 to $13.30 an hour, or roughly $1,750 to $2,000 a month for full-time plans. Our cost guide explains what drives the differences.
