30 minutesWe talk through the work that is slowing you down, the tools you use, the hours you need covered and the budget range you are comfortable with. You leave with a clear view of what to hand off first, whether or not you hire through us.

After the callWe turn the call into a role scorecard: the outcomes the person owns, their recurring tasks, the tools, the hours and the experience they must already have. We also list the steps that should be automated instead of delegated, and outline the SOPs the role needs.

Scout
Pool or custom searchWe look first in our vetted pool for someone who has already done this exact job. For roles the pool does not cover, we run a custom search among Filipino professionals with the right background.

Vet
Before you meet anyoneCandidates go through our eight checks: portfolio review, past employment check, a skills test built for the role, a live English interview, a paid trial task, a background check and an NDA. Only people who pass everything reach you.

Match
48 hours to 3 weeksYou interview a shortlist and choose. When your match is already in our vetted pool, this often happens within 48 hours of the solution map. A custom search usually takes one to three weeks.

Run
OngoingWith Managed, Snova supervises your VA, reviews the work with you and arranges cover when they are out. With Placement, your VA reports to you directly. Either way, the first 30 days follow the plan in your role scorecard.
What should I prepare for the discovery call?
A rough list of the tasks eating your week, the tools you use, the hours you need covered and a monthly budget range. That is enough for us to be useful on the call.
Do I interview candidates myself?
Yes. Interviewing the shortlist is the last of our eight checks, and the choice is always yours.
What if the first match is not right?
Tell us early. Most early problems come from unclear instructions, which we can fix together. If it is the wrong fit, we go back to the shortlist or search again.
Can I start with one role and add more later?
Yes. Most clients start with the role that frees up the most time, then add specialists once the first one is running smoothly.
