Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Snova PH collects through snovaph.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Snova PH is based in the Philippines and works with businesses in the United States.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you book a discovery call, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to share: company, website, industry, the help you need, budget range, timing and notes. When you request a download, we collect your first name and email address.
Booking details. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Your theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser stores that choice locally. It is not sent to us.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare for your discovery call and send the resources you request
- To provide and manage our services if you become a client
- To keep the site secure and working
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Cloudflare, for website hosting, security and email routing
- Calendly, for scheduling calls
- Google, which provides the email inboxes where form submissions are delivered
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Where it is processed
Our team works from the Philippines, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is handled.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and download information for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage our relationship, and then delete it. Client information is kept for the length of the engagement and any period the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 or US state privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
