Two ways to work
Managed by us, or placed with you
Every VA is scouted and vetted the same way. What changes is who supervises them day to day. Choose per role.
Managed
You get the work done, we manage the person
Snova supervises your VA, reviews the work against the outcomes in your role scorecard, and reports to you. When your VA is sick or on leave, we arrange cover so the work keeps moving.
Best for owners who want the work done without becoming a manager, and businesses without an operations lead.
Placement
We find and vet, you lead
We scout, vet and match your VA, then they report to you directly. You set priorities, review the work and handle day-to-day communication, using the scorecard and 30-day plan from your solution map.
Best for teams with a manager who wants direct control, and roles that work closely with one person, like an executive assistant.
Choosing
Three questions to decide
- Who will check the work each week? If the honest answer is "nobody," choose Managed.
- How closely does the role work with one person? Very closely, like an executive assistant, often suits Placement.
- What happens if the VA is out for a week? If the work cannot pause, Managed covers it.
Which model do most clients choose?
It depends on who has time to manage. Owners without a manager on the team usually choose Managed. Teams with an operations lead or office manager often choose Placement.
Can I use different models for different roles?
Yes. You might keep your executive assistant on Placement, reporting to you, while your support rep is Managed by Snova. The model is chosen per role.
Who does the VA work for in each model?
In both models, the VA works on your business, in your tools, on your schedule. The difference is who supervises them day to day and who handles quality and cover.
